Christ love is always
SACRIFICIAL-handang magpakasakip, wala nang pagibig ang hihigit pa kasya sa taong handang magsakripisyo sa iba
Love should always involve a certain pain
Love until it hurts
OFFERING AND SACRIFICE ARE SYNONYMOUS
May ikakaloob sa offering
Love measures not out of how much you give but how much you keep
Why did Jesus said to lay down you life? Because if you are willing to lay down your life, there is nothing that you can withhold, nagpapaalala we don't put limit to our loving, the limit is our life
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE- remove ifs and buts
Kung may condition ang pagmamahal ng Diyos ay wala Siyang maamahalin, dahil wala sa atin karappat-dapat mahalin
Ang hindi nating karapat-dapat ay ang naging dahilan kung bakit tayo naging marapat sa pagmamahal ng Diyos
God's love is SALVIFIC- kaya tayo niligtas
Our love should lead us to holiness
This makes Christian love totally different to the love of the world
Love to the truth
Worldly love
Christian love is the love that makes the lover and the beloved holy in the process of loving, hindi yung naungungunsinti
Ang pagmamahal ko ba sayo nadadala sa langit?
Love is willing the good of the other
The greatest good of each one of us is the good of the kingdom, ang makarating tayo sa kaharian ng Panginoon
God's love for us that should be our way of loving one anothier is the love that is INDISCRIMINATE- kahit sino, kahit ano, lahat-lahat, buo kasama ang lahat
INVITATION
- with free will
- He so loves us that He created us free
- Love is not forced
- We respond to the invitation with FREEDOM, DELIBERATELY, AS WE PREFER (MALAYA, SINASADYA, PINIPILI)
- UNITY IN DIVERSITY
- Kaya tayo nagkakaisa at may kakayahang magkaisa sapagkat tayo'y iba-iba
- Pwede ba yuung magkakamukha tayo?
- We have different abilities to build communion- to complement with one another
- IF TWO OR THREE GATHERED IN MY NAME I AM THERE IN THIER MIDST
- Communion generates the presence of Christ
- LOVE IS THE BOND OF COMMUNION
- FORGIVENESS SUSTAINS COMMUNION
- OUR LIFE OF COMMUNION IS THE GREATEST WITNESS THAT JESUS IS LORD
